Marketing Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and creative **Marketing Manager** to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support property sales. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate marketing, digital campaigns, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of the Bahrain real estate market. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial property projects. * Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and property listing platforms. * Generate high\-quality sales leads and work closely with the sales team to maximize conversions. * Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, social media content, and advertisements. * Manage the company's website, online listings, and social media channels to ensure consistent branding. * Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and optimize strategies based on results. * Coordinate property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events. * Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. * Prepare marketing budgets, reports, and performance metrics for management. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and lead generation. * Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools. * Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. * Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market is an advantage. * Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
