Marketing Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Marketing Manager** to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate must be **locally available in Bahrain** and capable of managing both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. **Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage**, but not required. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives. * Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO. * Create engaging marketing content for online and offline platforms. * Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support sales initiatives. * Manage the company's branding, advertising, and promotional activities. * Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports with actionable insights. * Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. * Build relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors. * Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost\-effective campaign execution. * Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches when required. Requirements * Currently residing in Bahrain. * Available to join immediately. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing leadership role. * Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation. * Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools is preferred. * Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Creative, analytical, and results\-oriented mindset. * Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
