Marketing Manager

Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Marketing Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate must be **locally available in Bahrain** and able to **join immediately**. Experience in the **real estate industry** is an advantage but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns. * Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities. * Plan and execute online and offline promotional campaigns. * Create engaging marketing content and coordinate with designers and content creators. * Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis. * Manage branding initiatives and ensure brand consistency. * Coordinate with the sales team to generate quality leads. * Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost\-effective campaign execution. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools. * **Locally available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiners are highly preferred.** * **Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.** Work Location: In person
