Marketing Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven **Marketing Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate must be **locally available in Bahrain** and able to join immediately. Candidates with **real estate industry experience are preferred but not required**. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns. * Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, website, and email marketing. * Create engaging marketing content and promotional materials. * Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities. * Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. * Coordinate with the sales team to generate quality leads. * Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners. * Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role. * **Locally available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner.** * Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Creative, analytical, and results\-oriented. * **Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.** Work Location: In person
