Marketing Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a creative, results\-driven, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate must be **currently residing in Bahrain** and available to **join immediately**. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing digital marketing activities, and driving lead generation to support business growth. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. * Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other online platforms. * Manage company branding, promotional materials, and marketing communications. * Create engaging content for social media, websites, brochures, and advertising campaigns. * Coordinate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and improve customer acquisition. * Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. * Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare performance reports. * Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners. * Organize and oversee events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities. * Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost\-effective campaign execution. * Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years** of marketing experience, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation. * Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. * Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. * Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools. * Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage. Preferred Candidate * **Currently residing in Bahrain.** * **Available to join immediately.** * Experience working in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage. * Arabic language skills are a plus.
