Marketing Executive - Oman

We are looking for a **dynamic and results\-oriented Marketing Executive** to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of marketing activities, strengthen brand presence, and contribute to sales growth across the Oman market. Key Responsibilities * Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities for FMCG products. * Support brand development and product positioning strategies. * Coordinate with the Sales, Distribution, and Management teams to achieve marketing objectives. * Develop marketing materials, product presentations, brochures, and promotional content. * Manage social media platforms and coordinate digital marketing activities. * Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends. * Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, events, and trade promotions. * Work closely with retailers, distributors, and key customers to support promotional activities. * Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports. * Manage marketing budgets and ensure activities are completed within approved budgets. * Collect customer and market feedback and recommend suitable marketing initiatives. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * **2–5 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry**, preferably in Oman. * Good understanding of the Oman FMCG market and retail/distribution channels. * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. * Creative, organized, proactive, and able to work independently. * Oman market experience and a valid Oman driving license would be an advantage.
