Social Media & Content Manage and grow LPM Dubai's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn) Create and edit engaging photo/video content in collaboration with our local photographer Community management respond to comments and messages, keep the brand voice consistent Guest Engagement & PR Support CRM initiatives newsletters, guest communications, loyalty touchpoints Coordinate with our local PR agency on media relations and brand visibility Help plan and promote in-restaurant events and activations Marketing Operations Support the General Manager on marketing action plans, budgets, and trackers Keep documentation organized and initiatives on track • Experience in social media or marketing (F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands a plus) • Comfortable with Photoshop/Lightroom and basic photo & video editing • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic or French a plus • Organized, creative, and a proactive team player
