Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and results\-driven **Marketing Executive** to join our growing Marketing team.**Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. * Coordinate with restaurant operations to implement brand promotions and seasonal campaigns. * Manage social media content calendars and collaborate with creative agencies and photographers. * Coordinate marketing collateral, POS materials, and in\-store branding. * Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. * Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. * Support new restaurant openings, promotional events, and brand activations. * Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and media partners. * Ensure brand guidelines are consistently implemented across all marketing initiatives. **Requirements** ---------------- * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. * **2–4 years** of marketing experience, preferably within the **F\&B, hospitality** industry. * Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. * Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage. * Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills. * Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Competitive salary and benefits. * Career growth within one of Kuwait's leading F\&B groups. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity to work with internationally recognized restaurant brands. **Apply now and become part of Agthia Food's growing team.**
