Key Responsibilities * **Strategic leadership:** Define and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. * **Brand management:** Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across platforms. * **Campaign oversight:** Lead multi\-channel campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast media. * **Market analysis:** Research consumer trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. * **Team leadership:** Mentor and manage marketing professionals to achieve performance goals. * **Budget management:** Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. * **Stakeholder collaboration:** Partner with sales, product, and executive teams to align initiatives. * **Performance reporting:** Present campaign outcomes and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. * 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. * Proven track record in brand development and campaign management. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and emerging trends. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
