Marketing Co-op / Internship Trainee

Responsibilities: Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities across digital and on-ground channels. Track and follow up on assigned tasks within the department using approved tools and systems. Monitor social media platforms, track engagement metrics, and report on customer feedback and interactions. Support content planning by contributing ideas, developing content themes, and coordinating with content writers. Follow up on design deliverables and ensure alignment with approved brand guidelines and visual identity standards. Create engaging and creative content tailored for TikTok and other relevant social media platforms. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas and contribute to campaign development. Prepare preliminary marketing plans, reports, and presentations based on guidance from the direct manager. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in and knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok and emerging digital trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) with a good command of English. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of quickly learning new tools and task management systems. Demonstrates a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong interest in staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
