Marketing Automation Specialist We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing automation, CRM management, and campaign optimisation, with strong expertise in Zoho CRM. This role involves developing automated marketing workflows, managing customer data, and supporting lead generation and customer engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimise Zoho CRM , including leads, contacts, workflows, and pipelines. • Design and implement marketing automation workflows and customer journeys. • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs. • Segment customer data to deliver targeted marketing campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead management and conversion. • Integrate Zoho CRM with other business applications using automation tools and APIs. • Ensure CRM data accuracy and maintain best practices for data management. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation and CRM management. • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is required. • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms. • Knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n or Zapier) is an advantage. • Familiarity with APIs, CRM integrations, and reporting. • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
