In this role, you’ll lead the development of long\-term growth plans for key market geographies, bringing together customer, market and commercial insights to shape innovation priorities, demand planning and opportunity pipelines that support market\-aligned growth for Fonterra. **Key Accountabilities:*** Lead the development of long\-term growth plans for key market geographies. * Bring together customer, market and commercial insights to shape innovation and growth strategies. * Drive strategic demand planning to support investment, innovation and resource decisions. * Oversee local product and innovation pipelines, including key market opportunities and hero products. * Monitor and track opportunity pipeline performance to support delivery of market\-aligned growth. * Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align strategy, innovation priorities and commercial outcomes. **Mōu \| About you** You’ll have strong experience in market strategy, innovation, marketing or commercial planning, with the ability to turn customer and market insights into clear growth opportunities.
