Through its subsidiaries and business units, the Group provides professional services, technology, outsourcing, engineering, and workforce solutions to leading organizations. **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Marine Purchasing Officer to manage procurement activities supporting marine and shipping operations. The role will focus on the timely sourcing and delivery of vessel spare parts, equipment, materials, and technical services while maintaining procurement compliance and accurate records. **Key Responsibilities** * Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for marine materials, equipment, spare parts, and services. * Source suitable suppliers, evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules. * Coordinate with vessels, suppliers, freight forwarders, and port agents to facilitate timely delivery. * Monitor procurement status, inventory requirements, and supplier performance. * Maintain accurate procurement documentation and SAP records. * Support urgent and time\-critical vessel requirements. * Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and applicable marine industry standards. **Qualifications and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline. * 4–8 years of experience procuring materials, equipment, and spare parts. * At least 3 years of procurement experience within the Marine or Shipping industry. * Experience sourcing marine spare parts, equipment, and technical services. * Exposure to LNG/LPG vessels, offshore operations, shipping, or vessel\-management companies is preferred. * CIPS, ISM, or an equivalent professional procurement qualification is an advantage. **Skills and Competencies** * Sound knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and materials\-management processes. * Proficiency in SAP or comparable procurement systems. * Strong commercial negotiation and supplier\-management capabilities. * Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder\-management skills. * Ability to manage urgent requirements and work within operational deadlines. * Strong attention to documentation, accuracy, and procurement compliance.
