Marine Civil Foreman

Responsible for supervising marine civil and maintenance activities, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities * Supervise marine civil maintenance activities and site crews. * Follow instructions from the Project Manager/Coordinator and Maintenance Supervisor. * Prepare and implement Method Statements and Risk Assessments. * Ensure work is carried out under valid **PTW/ePTW and CPW/eCPW** permits. * Ensure compliance with client safety procedures and QatarEnergy Life Saving Rules. * Prepare lifting/rigging plans for critical materials and objects. * Supervise protective coating works at mooring dolphins and other marine structures. * Provide technical support for civil maintenance and marine works. * Identify required materials and verify material certificates and documentation. * Conduct berth visual inspections, record defects, and prepare inspection reports/ presentations. * Coordinate daily activities and ensure work is completed safely and within schedule. * Support the client in addressing maintenance and equipment\-related issues. Qualifications \& Experience * **Degree in Civil Engineering** from an accredited university. * Minimum **5 years’ experience** in marine construction, port activities, or marine maintenance. * Experience with berths, mooring dolphins, protective coating, and marine civil works. * Knowledge of **QatarEnergy ePTW/eCPW**, safety requirements, and Life Saving Rules. * Ability to read engineering drawings and prepare basic reports. * Good command of **English**, both written and spoken.
