Marble Works Supervisor & Technical Designer

Position: Marble Works Supervisor \& Technical Designer **Location:** Kuwait **Company:** Studio Marmi About the Role Studio Marmi is looking for an experienced and motivated **Marble Works Supervisor \& Technical Designer** to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in marble and natural stone projects, from material selection and fabrication to installation and project completion. The candidate should be capable of combining **technical design expertise with hands\-on site supervision** to ensure that all projects are completed according to company standards, specifications, and deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Minimum 3 Years of experience preferred. * Supervise all stages of marble works, including cutting, shaping, fabrication, and installation. * Prepare accurate and detailed **Shop Drawings** using **AutoCAD**. * Create **3D models and technical designs** using **SketchUp**. * Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. * Perform **quantity surveying** and prepare material takeoffs. * Prepare **cost estimates** and **price quotations** based on project specifications. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and installation teams. * Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to quality standards. * Minimize material waste and improve cost efficiency. * Provide practical solutions for site\-related challenges. * Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's * Previous experience in the **marble and natural stone industry** is mandatory. * Strong experience in **marble fabrication and installation supervision**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in **SketchUp**. * Strong knowledge of **quantity surveying and cost estimation**. * Ability to prepare **Shop Drawings**. * Excellent understanding of architectural and structural drawings. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
