**Manufacturing Director** **Titan Manufacturing — Salalah, Oman** **Building 70, Salalah Industrial City, Salalah, Dhofar Governorate** **Total Package: OMR 38,000 / year (Full\-Time, Executive)** **Position Overview** Titan Manufacturing is seeking a proven, execution\-focused Manufacturing Director to oversee large\-scale industrial operations at our primary facility in Salalah Industrial City. As the executive head of site operations, you will take end\-to\-end accountability for plant throughput, operational expenditure, safety protocols, and supply chain logistics, ensuring our facilities operate at peak yield and efficiency. **Key Executive Responsibilities** * **Operational Leadership:** Direct all daily plant operations, heavy machinery workflows, and production scheduling to maximize throughput while maintaining stringent quality assurance metrics. * **Cost \& Resource Management:** Oversee the facility's annual operational budget (OMR), optimizing capital expenditures, reducing raw material waste, and streamlining local procurement pipelines. * **Process Optimization:** Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies to resolve operational bottlenecks, lower downtime, and modernize equipment maintenance routines. * **EHS \& Compliance:** Enforce full compliance with Omani environmental regulations, workplace safety guidelines, and industrial labor laws across all shifts and technical departments. * **Supply Chain \& Logistics:** Coordinate closely with regional freight networks and port authorities in Dhofar to safeguard incoming raw materials and outgoing product distribution routes. **Target Candidate Profile** * **Experience:** A minimum of 10\+ years in industrial plant management or executive manufacturing leadership, with demonstrated success managing large\-scale operations in heavy industry, processing, or manufacturing plants. * **Technical \& Strategic Mastery:** Deep expertise in production planning, plant safety standards, preventative maintenance frameworks, and industrial ERP platforms. * **Leadership \& Communication:** Strong capability in leading multi\-tiered workforce teams, mentoring plant managers, and reporting strategic metrics to board\-level stakeholders. * **Regional Requirements:** Candidates must currently reside in Oman or possess full eligibility to secure permanent employment visa/responsorship within the Sultanate of Oman. **How to Apply** Interested leaders are invited to submit their updated professional profile via our portal.
