Manager - Repair & Refurbishment

Position:Manager - Repair & Refurbishment Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-time, Relocation We're looking for an experienced operations manager based in India to relocate to Dubai and lead our device operations, dispatch, and logistics across our multi-market footprint. About the Role: You'll drive operational excellence across our device operations business managing daily unit targets, quality benchmarks, cost optimization, and dispatch/logistics across regional hubs. You'll work with partner facilities and suppliers to ensure consistent outputs, minimise defects, and hit cost targets. You'll also have the capability to identify and source new vendors or operational partners when bottlenecks arise or partners underperform something critical we've struggled with in the past. Key Responsibilities: Drive daily unit outputs and track against KPIs; manage operations across facilities and partner agencies Design and enforce quality standards (product grading, SOPs, quality checkpoints) to reduce defects and returns Manage dispatch, logistics, and inventory across regional hubs with 99%+ accuracy; optimize capital efficiency Own cost management identify levers for cost reduction and drive unit economics improvements Track supplier and partner performance; identify underperformers and source alternatives when needed Provide weekly KPI reporting to leadership on outputs, quality, costs, and operational constraints Build and manage a small operations team focused on operations, logistics, quality, and vendor management Compensation & Benefits: 1,20,000 1,40,000 INR/month (based on experience) Fully covered accommodation (within proximity of office) Meals, laundry, internet provided Mobile calling + internet allowance One annual round trip to India Company-sponsored 2-year visa (all costs covered) Requirements: Minimum 8 years operations management, manufacturing, or logistics experience Proven track record improving operational efficiency (reducing costs, improving quality, increasing output) Experience managing dispatch, logistics, and inventory across multiple regions/geographies Background in operations or similar complex production environments (preferred) Ability to identify vendors and manage partnerships independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on metrics and KPIs Currently based in India, open to relocation to Dubai. • Minimum 8 years operations management, manufacturing, or logistics experience • Proven track record improving operational efficiency (reducing costs, improving quality, increasing output) • Experience managing dispatch, logistics, and inventory across multiple regions/geographies • Background in operations or similar complex production environments (preferred) • Ability to identify vendors and manage partnerships independently • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on metrics and KPIs • Currently based in India, open to relocation to Dubai.
