Manager – Projects & Heavy Lifts

* Sales and Marketing for all relatedTransport Business and available services in the local and international market * Business development, enhancing clients/customers business relationships * Meeting with clients /customers for commercial/technical discussions and finalizations of jobs/projects contract agreements. * Prepares quotations/bids, tenders as per customers/ clients request for heavy lift jobs/ projects etc. * Prepares and arrange technical plans, method statements, technical calculations etc. related to jobs/ projects etc. * Conduct a comprehensive route and site survey and make a detailed route survey reports to submit to clients. * Make technical plans and supervise the heavy lifts critical jobs particularly for transportations and installation jobs at projects/job site. * Responsible for the entire heavy lift department, administration, policy and procedures implementations * Responsible for heavy lift department, developments and improvements * Train and guide all the subordinate’s staffs, if required. * Maintains a polite, well\-mannered and friendly attitude when dealing with the customer. * And any other job responsibility as per management requirement Pay: BD850\.000 \- BD1,000\.000 per month Experience: * Crane Industry / Equipment Hire: 8 years (Preferred) Location: * Bahrain (Required) Work Location: In person
