Manager - Project (Facade)

• Lead and manage all phases of facade projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for facade systems. • Oversee the design, procurement, fabrication, and installation of facade elements, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve design and construction challenges related to the facade. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil/Structural), Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience specifically in facade engineering and project management. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex facade projects within budget and schedule constraints. • In-depth knowledge of facade systems (curtain walls, cladding, roofing, waterproofing) and their materials.
