About the Role: Are you ready to lead fashion and image operations that bring a premium brand to life across every colleague touchpoint? This role is central to the end\-to\-end delivery of fashion, image and fashion operations across uniformed colleagues. It ensures a consistent brand presentation, smooth service delivery and strong operational readiness. A core part of the role is overseeing daily fashion and image activity, including image checks, fittings, uniform issuance, exchanges and service center operations. The position also supports onboarding, refresher briefings and colleague guidance on presentation standards and uniform processes. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role coordinates alterations, replacements, laundry support and issue resolution. It also maintains stock visibility and helps protect continuity of service through timely escalation and stakeholder alignment. Another important focus is reporting, governance and continuous improvement. This includes maintaining accurate trackers, reviewing compliance findings, identifying recurring issues and driving corrective actions that strengthen service efficiency and colleague confidence. The position calls for clear coaching, professional feedback and strong cross\-functional collaboration to uphold image standards and support a polished colleague experience. Success in this role helps ensure our brand identity is reflected consistently, confidently and professionally across the operation. *This is a high\-impact leadership role where your operational discipline and brand eye will shape a polished, consistent image across every uniformed touchpoint.* About You: Bachelor’s degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience in fashion operations, uniform operations, image consulting, grooming standards, service center management, or a related operational environment. You will bring strong operational management across fittings, issuance, exchanges, alterations, stock coordination and reporting, supported by leadership, coaching, stakeholder management and sharp attention to detail. Success in this role depends on clear communication, sound judgment, customer focus, strong MS Office capability and the ability to drive high standards in a fast\-paced start\-up environment.
