Manager Business Development

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the company's recruitment and staffing services across the UAE market. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, contract negotiations, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and acquire new clients across the UAE for recruitment and staffing services. • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, and decision-makers. • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and market research. • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery. • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize service agreements. • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities. • Ensure high client satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships. • Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare MIS reports. • Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, and client presentations. • 5+ years of experience in business development within recruitment or staffing, preferably for the UAE market. • Strong understanding of UAE recruitment practices and industries. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. • Experience in client acquisition and key account management. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • New client acquisition. • Monthly and quarterly revenue generation. • Number of job requirements received from clients. • Client retention and satisfaction. • Conversion ratio of leads to business.
