Candidates must be willing to work at **any branch allocated by the hospital**, based on operational and staffing requirements. Candidates should also be willing to **relocate to an industrial site if a requirement arises**. **Salary \& Industrial Site Benefits** **Regular Salary: OMR 420 per month** For assignment at an industrial site: * **Additional OMR 50 per month** will be provided along with the salary * **Free food** will be provided at the industrial site * Industrial\-site assignment will be based on hospital/operational requirements **Working Hours** * **10 hours per day** * Duty may be **continuous or split duty**, depending on operational requirements * **1 weekly off** **Leave \& Contract** * **Annual Leave:** 30 days paid annual leave after completion of 1 year * **Contract:** 2 years * Contract may be extended after 2 years based on the candidate's interest and hospital requirements **Accommodation \& Transportation** * **Free bachelor accommodation** in a semi\-furnished flat * Accommodation will generally be provided within **walking distance of the hospital** * If accommodation is not within walking distance, **transportation arrangements will be provided** * For industrial\-site assignments, accommodation/food arrangements will be as per site requirements **Eligibility Criteria** * **BSc Nursing:** Minimum **3 years of experience** * **GNM:** Minimum **4 years of experience** * Maximum age: **38 years** * Male candidates only * Willingness to relocate anywhere in Oman based on hospital requirements * Willingness to work at an industrial site if required * Candidates must complete all required licensing and immigration formalities **Selection \& Oman Licensing Process** Candidates will be required to successfully complete the following: 1\. Consultancy Interview * Online interview with the consultancy 2\. Hospital Director Interview * Online interview with the Hospital Director 3\. Pearson VUE Examination * Required for Oman licensing * Approximate cost: **₹30,000** 4\. DataFlow Verification * Required for credential verification * Approximate cost: **₹30,000** 5\. Oman Government Viva * Viva will be conducted **offline** * Viva fee: **50 OMR** * The hospital will bear the cost of the **first viva attempt** * If the candidate fails the first attempt, the candidate will be responsible for the fee for the second attempt 6\. BLS \& ACLS – AHA * Valid **BLS and ACLS certification from AHA** is mandatory * Approximate cost: **₹15,000** 7\. Police Clearance Certificate * Candidate must obtain a valid PCC 8\. Medical Examination * Medical examination is required before travelling to Oman * Approximate cost: **₹12,000** 9\. Immigration Fee * Immigration fee: **₹10,000** 10\.
