• Administer medications and injections accurately, adhering to prescribed dosages and protocols, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the supervising physician.
• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with mobility, fostering a comfortable and dignified environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting observations, treatments, and responses to interventions using electronic health records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including doctors, therapists, and other nurses, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and preventive health measures, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
• Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care, catheter insertions, and phlebotomy, ensuring sterile techniques and patient comfort.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care, including CPR and first aid, demonstrating a calm and decisive approach under pressure.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff, minimizing the risk of healthcare-associated infections.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest advancements in nursing practice and healthcare technologies.
• Holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Experience in critical care units (ICU, CCU) or emergency departments is highly preferred.
• Has a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrates strong technical skills in medication administration, wound care, and using medical equipment.
• Exhibits empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care, building trust with patients and their families.
• Possesses excellent physical stamina and the ability to work long hours, including shifts and weekends.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
• Maximum age limit is 49 years
• For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
