Male Cleaner

* Perform thorough cleaning of residential apartments (vacant and occupied units). * Clean building exterior areas including entrances, glass, façade areas (ground level), parking, and common areas. * Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors, walls, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms. * Remove garbage and dispose of waste materials properly. * Clean staircases, corridors, elevators, and other common areas. * Ensure cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely and stored properly. * Assist maintenance technicians (electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, painters, etc.) during repair and maintenance works. * Carry tools, materials, and equipment to work sites. * Support the team in moving furniture and materials when required. * Assist in minor repair and basic maintenance tasks as instructed. * Follow safety instructions and company procedures at all times.
