Maintenance Work Supervisor

Supervise and assign daily tasks to electrical and mechanical technicians Monitor work quality, productivity, and attendance Train staff as per work requirements Responsible for supervising the inspection, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm and firefighting systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate s maintenance teams, assigns daily tasks, attends emergency calls for complicated site, prepares service reports, and ensures preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time. Monitor materials, tools, and spare parts, maintains safety procedures at site, and communicates with clients. Monitor and guiding in handling fire alarm panels, detectors, sprinklers, pumps, hydrants, extinguishers, and related safety equipment. Prepare technical reports, project progress updates. 6 and above years experienced candidates are preferred.
