Maintenance Technician – Dubai

Responsibilities: \- Handle day\-to\-day maintenance requests for our apartments. \- Perform general electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry, and basic repair works. \- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. \- Carry out preventive maintenance and regular apartment inspections. \- Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests. \- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required. \- Ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard. \- Keep maintenance tools and equipment in good condition. Requirements: \- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in hotels, holiday homes, or residential properties. \- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and AC systems. \- Ability to work independently and solve problems. \- Good communication skills. \- UAE experience is preferred. \- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
