Maintenance Supervisor

About Us A leading maintenance and facilities management company in Qatar, delivering integrated services to residential, commercial, and government properties. Role Summary Provide on\-site supervision of technician teams, allocate work orders, and ensure timely completion to the required quality standard. Key Responsibilities **Assign work orders to technicians and follow up on execution** Implement planned preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance **Inspect work sites and ensure quality of workmanship** Coordinate with clients and resolve emergency breakdowns quickly **Monitor usage of spare parts, materials, and tools** Prepare daily and weekly progress reports **Enforce HSE procedures across the team Qualifications** Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field **5\+ years in maintenance, including 2\+ years in a supervisory role** Experience in residential and commercial buildings (preferred) **Valid driving license (preferred) Skills Team leadership, problem solving, drawing interpretation, CMMS systems, communication, Arabic and English.** Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR7,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
