Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee daily maintenance and FM operations across client facilities, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and service quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily hard and soft FM and maintenance operations * Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance * Inspect MEP systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs * Monitor asset performance and ensure operational efficiency * Supervise FM technicians and service providers * Prepare work schedules and manpower allocation * Manage work orders, asset history, and CMMS records * Coordinate contractors for safety, quality, and technical compliance * Ensure compliance with DM regulations, UAE HSE, and PTW procedures * Support emergency response, facility improvements, and business continuity * Coordinate fire protection systems and fire contractors **Requirements** * Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, FM, or related field * Extensive FM experience, including experience in a supervisory role * UAE experience in industrial, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or commercial facilities * Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, BMS, generators, UPS * CMMS and asset management experience * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Good knowledge of UAE HSE and PTW systems **Preferred Certifications** * IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH * First Aid Certification * Fire Warden Training * Work at Height, LOTO, Confined Space Awareness Pay: AED5,000\.00 \- AED7,119\.58 per month Education: * Diploma (Required) Experience: * Facility Management: 8 years (Required) * FM supervisory role: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
