Maintenance Supervisor

**Maintenance Supervisor — HVAC \& Electrical** Hyperclean Technical Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead HVAC and electrical service operations across residential, commercial, and hospitality sites in the UAE. **Scope of Work** * Supervise AC repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance schedules * Oversee AC duct insulation, replacement, and related remedial works * Handle electrical maintenance, fault diagnosis, and minor installation works * Manage technician teams on site, allocate daily works, and ensure quality and safety compliance * Conduct site surveys, prepare scope assessments, and report to management * Liaise with clients and facility teams on scheduling and job completion **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years' UAE experience in HVAC and electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role * Strong technical knowledge of split, ducted, and package AC systems * Trade certification or diploma in HVAC/Electrical (preferred) * Valid UAE driving licence — mandatory * Ability to manage multiple sites and teams independently * Good spoken English; Hindi/Urdu an advantage **Terms** * Employment visa and medical insurance provided * Salary commensurate with experience * Candidates on cancelled visa / immediately available preferred Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
