Job description
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Supervise, coordinate, and delegate** daily operational tasks to technicians, skilled labourers, and maintenance workers across civil, MEP, and general facility operations.
* **Inspect, assess, and oversee** civil maintenance works, including masonry, tiling, plastering, waterproofing, painting, carpentry, and structural repairs across the property.
* **Monitor and drive execution** of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules, routine inspections, and reactive work orders within target SLA/KPI timelines.
* **Diagnose civil defects and structural issues,** evaluating root causes such as water ingress, concrete spalling, or tile delamination, and directing prompt rectifications.
* **Ensure strict compliance** with site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE), and clean worksite house\-keeping protocols.
* **Maintain accurate records** of daily worker attendance, material consumption, site progress reports, tool inventories, and job completion sign\-offs.
* **Respond to urgent site emergencies** (such as water leaks, structural hazards, or emergency access requests) in a organized and professional manner to ensure building security and occupant safety.
**Requirements:**
* **Minimum 5 years of experience** as a Maintenance Supervisor, Civil Supervisor, or Foreperson overseeing field teams in facilities management, building maintenance, or civil construction environments.
* **Technical diploma or certificate** in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related building trade (preferred).
* **Strong hands\-on background in civil works,** including thorough knowledge of masonry, waterproofing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and general building repairs.
* **Demonstrated leadership and site management skills,** with proven ability to organize, motivate, and direct team members to maintain high quality standards.
* **Ability to read and interpret** civil architectural drawings, finishing schedules, site plans, and work orders.
* **Good communication and problem\-solving skills** to interface effectively with engineers, property management, sub\-contractors, and occupants.
* **Valid UAE driving license** (preferred).
Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED4,500\.00 per month

* Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
