Maintenance Planning Manager

**Position:** Maintenance Planning Manager **Location:** Sitra, Bahrain **Salary:** BHD 2,800 – 4,200 per month **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planning Manager to lead maintenance planning activities, optimize work execution, and improve asset reliability. The role focuses on developing maintenance strategies, managing schedules, and coordinating resources to support safe and efficient operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage maintenance planning and scheduling processes * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Monitor maintenance performance and identify improvement opportunities * Manage planning teams and resource allocation * Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance departments **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field * 8\+ years of experience in maintenance planning or maintenance management * Experience with industrial, oil \& gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing environments * Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, planning processes, and reliability practices Pay: BD2,800\.000 \- BD4,200\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sitra (Al\-Wusṭā)
