Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee landscape maintenance operations, irrigation systems, and facility-related maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, optimizing resources, and maintaining client satisfaction across residential, commercial, hospitality, and public landscape projects. Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise landscape maintenance operations across multiple sites. • Lead maintenance teams including supervisors, gardeners, technicians, and subcontractors. • Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for landscape, irrigation, and related systems. • Ensure proper maintenance of softscape, hardscape, irrigation networks, water features, and outdoor facilities. • Monitor plant health, irrigation performance, pest control, and horticulture activities. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to address maintenance requirements. • Prepare maintenance plans, schedules, reports, and performance updates. • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and client specifications. • Manage manpower planning, equipment, tools, and material requirements. • Monitor maintenance costs and identify opportunities for operational improvements. • Handle client complaints, site inspections, and service quality issues. • Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance and emergency repair works. • Conduct regular site audits and maintain service standards. • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 7–10 years of UAE experience in landscape maintenance operations. • Proven experience managing large-scale landscape maintenance contracts. • Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, pumps, water features, and horticultural practices . • Experience handling villas, residential communities, hotels, commercial properties, and public landscape projects. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural maintenance teams. • Knowledge of UAE climate conditions, plants, irrigation requirements, and landscaping standards. • Ability to prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and resource plans. • Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (CMMS experience is an advantage). • Strong communication, problem-solving, and client management skills. • UAE Driving License is mandatory. • Candidates currently available in UAE with immediate or short notice availability will be preferred.
