Maintenance Manager

**Company:** Haji Hassan Group **Position:** Maintenance Manager **Location:** Manama, Bahrain **Salary:** Approximately **BHD 1,800–3,000 per month** **Job Description:** Seeking an experienced **Maintenance Manager** to lead maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, optimize maintenance strategies, and drive operational excellence across manufacturing facilities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. * Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. * Plan and schedule planned and corrective maintenance activities. * Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions. * Monitor maintenance KPIs, costs, and operational performance. * Lead maintenance teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * 3\+ years of relevant maintenance experience. * Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or production environments. * Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability\-centered maintenance. * Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
