Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on moulds, dies, and tooling. Inspect mould components for wear, damage, and dimensional accuracy. Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble moulds according to maintenance schedules. Operate manual machining equipment such as lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and drilling machines to repair or manufacture mould components. Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and maintenance instructions. Polish, fit, and adjust mould components to ensure proper functionality. Troubleshoot mould-related production issues and recommend corrective actions. Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
