• Set up and calibrate machines according to production specifications, ensuring optimal performance and product quality. • Monitor machine operations in real-time to detect any anomalies, making immediate adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency. • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production flow. • Document production data, including quantities produced and machine performance metrics, for quality control and reporting purposes. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in machine operation or related fields are a significant advantage. • 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment, showcasing a solid understanding of machinery. • Familiarity with industry-specific machinery and tools, including CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines. • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise machine setup.
