Starts machines or equipment to begin process Prepare materials and assemble equipment before starting up the line Monitor the performance or production equipment and adjust parameters as per the standards procedures Observes operation and notifies equipment operator or malfunctions Compliance with Company Standards. Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace. Take all reasonable measures to maintain food integrity and keep customers safe Report problems /changes related to Food Safety Management System to direct supervisor and line leader. Comply with the Food Fraud and Food Defense requirements established. Report suspicious acts as per Food Defense and Food Fraud Procedure Attend the mandatory and refresher Food Safety Management System trainings as per the schedule. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Personal Hygiene.
