Luxury Jewellery Sales Executive

We are looking for a professional, confident and customer\-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom in Doha. The ideal candidate will have experience in jewellery, watches, luxury retail, fashion or another premium customer\-facing sales environment. You should be passionate about providing excellent customer service, building long\-term client relationships and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities \* Welcome customers and provide a professional and personalized showroom experience. \* Understand customers’ requirements, preferences and budget. \* Recommend suitable jewellery products and confidently explain their features, quality, design and value. \* Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets. \* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. \* Generate repeat business and encourage customer referrals. \* Handle customer questions, objections and price negotiations professionally. \* Upsell and cross\-sell suitable jewellery products. \* Maintain excellent knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, gold, gemstones and current trends. \* Prepare quotations, invoices and other sales\-related documentation accurately. \* Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders and after\-sales service. \* Maintain showroom presentation, product displays and cleanliness to a high standard. \* Assist with stock handling and basic inventory procedures. \* Work closely with management to achieve showroom sales objectives. Requirements \* 2–5 years of experience in jewellery sales, luxury retail, watches, fashion or premium retail is preferred. \* Previous jewellery sales experience will be a strong advantage. \* Excellent English communication skills. \* Arabic language skills are an advantage. \* Strong customer\-service and interpersonal skills. \* Confident communication and negotiation abilities. \* Proven ability to achieve sales targets. \* Professional appearance and positive attitude. \* Passion for jewellery, luxury products and customer service. \* Ability to work in a fast\-paced retail environment. \* Honest, reliable and responsible. \* Candidates currently residing in Qatar with valid Qatar ID are preferred.
