Job description
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
* Identify and acquire new clients in freight forwarding (air, sea, and land cargo)
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue
* Prepare and present competitive freight quotations and service proposals
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
* Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals
* Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
