Logistics Operations Executive (\) **Company: JSR Logistics** **Location:** rak **Department:** Logistics \& Freight Forwarding **Employment Type:** Full\-Time About JSR Logistics JSR Logistics is looking for a dedicated, proactive, and detail\-oriented **Logistics Operations Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily logistics operations across land, sea, and air freight, ensuring smooth shipment execution, timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate daily import, export, and cross\-trade shipments across land, sea, and air freight. * Handle end\-to\-end shipment operations, from booking and cargo collection to customs clearance and final delivery. * Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents. * Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders. * Monitor shipment progress, track cargo movements, and ensure timely delivery. * Arrange transportation, cargo collection, customs clearance, and delivery schedules. * Communicate with customers and provide regular shipment updates. * Follow up with service providers to resolve delays, documentation issues, and operational challenges. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient and cost\-effective shipment handling. * Maintain accurate shipment records and update operational systems. * Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, shipping procedures, and company policies. * Support the team in improving operational efficiency and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Requirements * 2–4 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations. * Good knowledge of land, sea, and air freight procedures. * Understanding of import/export documentation and customs clearance. * Familiarity with FCL, LCL, air freight, and road transportation. * Knowledge of UAE and GCC logistics procedures is an advantage. * Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems. * Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
