Logistics Officer

Logistics Supervisor **Salary: AED 5,000–5,500 per month (Negotiable)** We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Logistics Supervisor** to oversee and coordinate our day\-to\-day logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have strong **hands\-on experience in UAE logistics operations**, particularly in **Free Zone procedures, customs clearance, shipment documentation, and coordination with relevant authorities and service providers**. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, including import, export, and local shipments. * Handle and coordinate **UAE Free Zone procedures, clearances, and approvals**. * Coordinate with **Customs, Free Zone authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and clearing agents**. * Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and logistics documents, including **Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Delivery Order (DO), and other relevant documents**. * Follow up on shipment status, ETA, vessel arrivals, customs clearance, cargo release, and deliveries. * Monitor **free time, detention, demurrage, and other shipment\-related charges**. * Ensure timely submission of required documents and completion of clearance formalities. * Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules. * Resolve logistics\-related issues, delays, and operational concerns efficiently. * Maintain accurate and organized logistics records and documentation. * Supervise and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable UAE Customs and Free Zone requirements. * Perform other logistics\-related duties as required. Requirements: * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant logistics experience in the UAE**. * Strong practical knowledge of **UAE Free Zone operations and customs clearance procedures**. * Hands\-on experience in **import/export documentation and cargo clearance**. * Good understanding of shipping and logistics processes. * Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills. * Good organizational and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to handle multiple shipments and urgent operational matters. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Experience dealing with **Free Zone authorities, Customs, shipping lines, clearing agents, and transport companies** is highly preferred.
