We are looking for a Logistics Executive who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and enjoys coordinating complex supply chains across multiple transport modes, countries, and stakeholders. Performance & Cost Optimization • Analyse logistics costs and freight expenditures to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements. • Monitor transportation KPIs, lead times, service performance, and vendor effectiveness. • Prepare logistics reports and provide recommendations that support business decision-making and operational improvements. Warehouse & Supply Chain Coordination • Coordinate closely with warehouse operations to ensure seamless execution of receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery activities. • Manage logistics transactions within the ERP system to ensure accurate inventory movement and order execution. • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, and external partners to ensure efficient information flow and customer satisfaction. Continuous Improvement • Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance delivery reliability, reduce lead times, improve visibility, and optimize logistics costs. • Support standardization and implementation of logistics best practices across the MENA region. • Contribute to supply chain initiatives that strengthen operational excellence and support business growth. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs, transportation, supply chain operations, or a related field. • Strong understanding of international freight operations, shipping documentation, customs processes, and trade compliance. • Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems. • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. • Experience working in a multinational environment is an advantage. • English proficiency is essential; Arabic is considered an advantage. Personal Qualities • Takes ownership and drives tasks through to completion. • Enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts in a dynamic environment. • Can balance operational priorities while maintaining strong customer focus. • Thinks analytically and uses data to support decisions. • Builds strong relationships across teams, countries, and external partners. • Remains calm under pressure and effectively manages competing priorities. • Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset. • Communicates confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels. • Is motivated by solving operational challenges and delivering exceptional service.
