Logistics Coordinator – Import/Export

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator – Import/Export Location: UAE Job Purpose: Coordinate international and domestic logistics operations across Dashmesh International and its group companies, ensuring the efficient movement of goods through company warehouses, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, customs authorities, and transport partners. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate international import & export shipments and local distribution. • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport providers, customs brokers, and 3PL warehouses. • Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documentation. • Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations. • Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders. • Support freight bookings and transport scheduling. • Obtain freight quotations and coordinate logistics service providers. • Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics documentation. • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. • Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. • Dubai Trade certification is essential. • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Minimum 5–6 years of UAE experience in import/export logistics, supply chain, or distribution. • Experience in FMCG or regulated industries (e.g., alcohol distribution) is preferred. • Strong experience in handling export operations and local distribution. • Demonstrated ability to manage logistics vendors, optimize costs, and improve operational
