Logistics and Sales Coordinator (Arabic Speaker)

YOOCHA MATCHA™ is a dynamic matcha supplier for 1500\+ cafes \& speciality coffee shops across GCC. We are looking for a skilled Sales Coordinator to drive sales growth in the GCC market and support the sales team in achieving their targets. **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain sales records, reports, client registry, etc * Manage phone calls, handle client inquiries, and build strong relationships. * Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments. * Process sales orders and coordinate with the courier for orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery. * Generate sales reports to monitor performance * Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and follow\-up activities. * Collaborate with marketing to align sales and promotional activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. * 2\+ years of experience in Sales Support or Coordination. * Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and verbal). * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems. * Highly organized with good time management and problem\-solving skills. * Effective at teamwork and collaboration. * Currently in the UAE and available to start immediately.
