Logistic Coordinator

As a Logistic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the movement of goods and materials. Your responsibilities will include planning and organizing logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with different departments to optimize logistics processes and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities • Plan and execute logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics flow. • Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders. • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping. • Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize supply chain processes. • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses regarding logistics. • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in logistics operations. • Analyze logistics data and identify areas for improvement. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners. • Assist in project management tasks related to logistics initiatives. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field. • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across departments. • Strong organizational and planning abilities. • Knowledge of logistics software and systems is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. • Good understanding of supply chain management principles. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new logistics technologies. • A positive and collaborative attitude.
