### **General Information** Ref \# 260000C3 Location Qatar\-Doha Job family Cargo \& Airport Operations * Closing Date: 2026\-09\-03 ### **Description** As a Loading Assistant II, you will be responsible for Flight Build/Dispatch/Loading/Offloading/Handover of assigned flights to cabin crew, as per Customer Specification/ Galley Loading Plan (GLP) and Food Safety Standard. You will also be responsible for correct loading and offloading of Catering/Equipment’s/Bonded Stores and Duty Free as per customer specifications and documentation in a designated time. **Responsibilities:** * Loading/Offload allocated flights as per the Airline Specification/GLP and Food Safety Standard. * To initiate the economy service handover process to Cabin Crew on board until the assigned team leader/ agent arrive to start the full handover process, as and when required by the operations. * Handle Crew Training/Amiri/Charter/VIP flights, Loading \& offloading of all flights, as and when required by the operations. * Adhere to Ramp Safety \& Marshalling of High Loaders while performing duties Airside. * Place safety chocks/Cones after aligning of HL to the Aircraft. * Guides the junior staff, to load as per all laid down procedure. * Provide prompt information to Ramp Duty Supervisor for their immediate action/decision. * Co\-ordinate with all concerned senior on duty inside and outside the Organization in case of any Emergency. * Assist the management according to the Operational Requirement. **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills, Your imagination. Together, everything is possible ### **Qualification** In order to be successful in this role ,You should have at least a high school degree and 2 years of job related experience. **Preferred** * Previous Flight Catering Experience in flight preparation / loading and offloading. * Reading \& Writing Skills. * Flexible in working hours and ability to work under pressure. * Good Communication in English. (oral \& written). * Knowledge of Food Safety and Airside Safety. * Knowledge of Menu Specification, Load Matrix, and Menu Cycles. **About Qatar Airways Group** Our story started with four aircraft.
