Job description
Role & responsibilities
1. Production Line Management Lead and supervise the entire production line during the shift. Ensure daily production targets are achieved. Monitor line performance and minimize downtime.
2. Team Supervision Manage and guide production operators, helpers, and technicians. Allocate manpower based on production requirements.
Team Leadership Production Planning Line Balancing GMP & HACCP Knowledge Food Safety Standards Machine Operation & Troubleshooting Production Reporting Shift Management Lean Manufacturing / 5S Problem Solving Communication Skills
