### **General Information** Ref \# 235506 Location Qatar\-Doha Job family Customer Service * Closing Date: 2026\-08\-27 ### **Description** **About the Role:** We are currently recruiting for Lifeguard, within Dhiafatina Hotels in Doha. In this role, you will responsible to monitor activities in the swimming area to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers. Duties are to be carried out after passing the necessary legal requirements as set the relevant legal authorities where the duties will be carried out. **Key Accountabilities:** * Provide general information on the pool operation to guests as required. * Ensure the swimming pool is clean. * Ensure the sun loungers are clean, in the correct position and in working order, as well as that the pool deck is always clean of any debris during the operation. * Monitor swimming pool activity\-is constantly alert for the safety of guests, reporting any unsafe conditions or activity to his manager. * Assist anybody who is in difficulty in and around the pool area. * Check the temperature of the pool to ensure they are at set standard. * Ensure that the pool deck is swept and watered down and that all furniture is in correct place during morning set up. * Ensure that the umbrellas are fixed properly to their units and tidied down when not in use. * Follows the emergency action plan and procedures established in the event of an emergency and assist in First Aid. * Clear all dirty towels and hand them to reception for laundry. * To conduct swimming lessons if required. * Handles any lost and found items as per hotel policy. * Report any Guest's feedback, comments or complaints to your Department Head immediately. * To know the rules and regulations of the club and how to deal with Guest applications on memberships. * Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests' and employees' health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment. * Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures. * Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department. **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English, good interpersonal skills and proficient in computer application. Exposure to multi\-cultural environment with high level of attention to details. Pleasing personality and willing to work on shifts. **Job Specific Skills** Essential * Valid First aid certificate. * CPR qualification. * Lifeguard Certification or experience certificate. **About Qatar Airways Group** Our story started with four aircraft.
