Legal Counsilor

Key Responsibilities * Provide legal advice and guidance to management and various departments on business and commercial matters. * Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents. * Ensure company activities and agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations. * Review contractual terms and identify potential legal risks and liabilities. * Advise on corporate, commercial, employment, and general business legal matters. * Manage and monitor legal documentation, agreements, and important deadlines. * Liaise with external lawyers, legal consultants, government authorities, clients, and other relevant parties when required. * Handle legal correspondence and assist with dispute resolution and litigation matters. * Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations to management. * Prepare legal opinions, reports, and documentation as required. * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information. * Support the company in developing and maintaining internal legal policies and procedures. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, or similar position. * Bachelor’s degree in Law; additional legal qualifications will be an advantage. * Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law. * Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. * Good knowledge of MS Office and legal documentation systems. * Ability to work independently and provide practical, business\-focused legal advice. * Qatar legal experience and knowledge of local laws and regulations will be an advantage.
