Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities * Provide legal support and advice to the company on day\-to\-day legal matters. * Draft, review, and prepare contracts, agreements, legal notices, letters, and other legal documents. * Conduct legal research and assist in interpreting applicable laws and regulations. * Review contracts and agreements to identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate actions. * Assist with corporate and commercial legal matters. * Maintain and organize legal files, records, agreements, and documentation. * Prepare legal correspondence in Arabic and English. * Liaise with clients, external legal counsel, government authorities, and other relevant parties. * Assist with dispute resolution, claims, and litigation\-related matters when required. * Monitor legal deadlines, renewals, contractual obligations, and important submissions. * Support senior lawyers and management with legal research, documentation, and case preparation. * Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal and company information. * Assist in developing and maintaining internal legal policies and procedures. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Associate or in a similar legal position. * Bachelor’s degree in Law; relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage. * Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong knowledge of legal documentation, contract drafting, and legal procedures. * Experience in corporate and commercial law is preferred. * Strong legal research, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. * Ability to manage multiple legal matters and meet deadlines. * Qatar legal experience and knowledge of local laws and regulations will be an advantage.
