We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail\-oriented **Legal Advisor** to join our law firm. The successful candidate will provide legal advice to clients, conduct legal research, draft and review legal documents, and support litigation and corporate matters while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide legal advice and opinions to clients on a wide range of legal matters. * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documentation. * Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare legal memoranda. * Analyze legal issues and develop practical solutions for clients. * Assist in preparing litigation files, pleadings, and supporting documentation. * Represent clients before government authorities and administrative bodies where applicable. * Stay up to date with changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents. * Attend client meetings and provide clear legal guidance. * Work closely with partners and attorneys to develop legal strategies. * Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional ethical standards. * Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and case files.
